Nut milk is not only a fancy raw-food but also super healthy and good for you. I love a dash of the wholesome juice in my morning-coffee or on my cereal but I had no idea that it was this easy to make. I thought you needed all kinds of gear and special equipment to make the magic happen. But I was so very wrong. I found this helpful video at one of my favorite food blogs My New Roots. I haven’t tried it yet, but I sure will and I promise to keep you posted and show you the results.
