What a great idea and a fun project!
5 friends, a designer, an entrepreneur, an artist, a photographer and a researcher, are hitting the Pizzerias throughout the five boroughs of New York to capture the distinctive people and places behind the quintessential food.
They all have full time jobs but in their spear time they travel around the city, strictly visiting slice joints and no pizza chains – where they take pictures and talk with people about New York City, pizza, and all things in between.
Their goal is to map out 100 New York pizza places and publish a book that is already in the works.
