It started as a hummus and turned out as a Paté. Delicious, easy and pretty. Here is the recipe

1 can organic chickpeas
“Half a thumb” of fresh ginger
1 whole chili with seeds
1 clove garlic
1 small fennel
2 red bell-peppers
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

-Cut the Fennel and Bell-peppers into pieces, drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper over them and put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the have softened and the edges are darker.
-Mean-while mix (in a blender) together chickpeas, ginger, chili, garlic and olive oil
-Finally mix in the baked fennel and bell-pepper
-Et Voila! Serve with freshly baked bread!
