NY 04 – The Bowery Hotel
On a random afternoon a dear friend, the hubby and I were walking around in Soho when out of the blue she suggested we should get a bad ass fancy cocktail. We immediately agreed to this surprisingly good idea and decided to go to the dark and mysterious Bowery Hotel bar. The service was excellent and the drinks even better. We had Spicy Ginger (cognac, lime, chili, ginger), Hemingway (rum, lime, orange liquor, soda) and the third (and weirdest) drink was a jalapeño infused tequila with lime and basil.
