When you are making a salad or a sandwich just for your self you often use only one half of an avocado. Then you wrap the other half in plastic and store in the fridge. Somehow those halves always turn brown and end up in the trash few days later.
Apparently this Avocado Keeper is the secret to keep leftover avocado fresh and stores it longer.
